Interwar Liverpool was a hard place to live. Though the chronic living conditions were being tackled through slum clearance, for some the pressures of poverty and post-war trauma took their toll. This work presents a compilation of murders committed in the Merseyside area in the 1920, including the characters, the crime, trial and punishment.
