This fully waymarked trail runs for 89 miles southward from the natural harbour of Tarbert to Dunaverty, near the Mull of Kintyre. Since it opened (2006) the route has changed. The 2011 edition of this essential guidebook contains all you need: an updated map of the whole route and detailed directions, with distances, terrain and refreshment stops.
